Folio 3, Men of Letters (Bourchier/ Berners translator of Froissart's Chronicles 1523-5. Lord Berners 1863-1950. Thomas Knyvett 1596-1658).

Part 2, folio 4, Nelson Knyvetts: Biographical Notes. Edmund Knyvett: Nelson College's First Music Teacher. The Parsons Family at Pelorus and Kaikoura.  Migratory Birds: the Knyvetts in Rangitikei. Folio 5, Early Canterbury: the Ferrers Knyvett Brothers and their connections. Frank Berners Knyvett and the NZ Military Bureaucracy. Folio 6, William Whitehorn 1831-1881 and his Family.

It is not a continuous chronicle but a series of notes, or mini-essays in the case of Folio 4, Migratory Birds, all of Folio 5, and much of Folio 6." The Folios in print form may be seen at the reunion.

Barry has also sent this picture described as follows:

"This picture is the totem at All Saints Church, Ashwellthorpe, seat of many generations of Knyvetts. The totem acknowledges the great Thomas Knyvett Letters , a copy of which I have in its first edition 1949. See www.isp.net.au/~colin/knevett/t8.html His tomb is in the church with a marvellous dedication to him as a Royalist in the days of Oliver Cromwell."

The price of the CD will be NZ $20 payable in cash or by cheque at the reunion. If you would like to reserve a copy - please email Barry by clicking HERE.
